Join a growing organization! Gundersen Health System (becoming Emplify Health) Social Services leadership team is hiring for an individual to lead the La Crosse Social Services team! This position will provide operational leadership and oversight to 42 direct reports in the Interpreter Services, Emergency Services, Inpatient Behavioral Health and EmPATH departments and oversee the financials as well as strategic priorities. In addition, this position will have Clinical Manager peers they will work closely with.

The Clinical Manager of Social Services plans, directs and evaluates the goals and delivery of programs and services throughout the Social Services department to ensure high quality and continuing improvement performance and service outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in social work or a related field

  • 3-4 years of social work or equivalent human service experience. Leadership in collaborative efforts demonstrated.

  • Wisconsin Social Work license
