Job Description Summary

Position Objective:

The Treasury Analystmanages the company's cash, debt, and financial risks by monitoring cash flow, forecasting liquidity needs, preparing financial reports, managing bank relationships, and ensuring regulatory compliance to optimize financial health and support strategic goals, requiring strong analytical, communication, and technical skills.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Prepare daily cash positions for delivery to upper management
  • Initiate foreign exchange transactions, wire transactions, and facilitate other credit line transactions
  • Monitor and analyze currency exchange rates to meet the transactional FX strategy
  • Pool cash from various bank accounts to meet operational needs
  • Verify and reconcile daily ACH/wire disbursement activity across multiple companies
  • Mitigate financial risks by analyzing processes for efficiency, accuracy, cost effectiveness, and fraud prevention
  • Banking and relationship management with multiple financial institutions
  • Strategic support with mergers and acquisitions on system conversions
  • Improve cash conversion cycle by implementing and maintaining various software programs
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and Treasury policies
  • Adhere to month end cut off schedules by Cash Department personnel for reconciliations of all cash related accounts, all month end processes, and all related journal entries
  • Review, edit, and/or update Treasury Procedures on an annual basis
  • Assist with internal and external audits and Treasury related projects
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Treasury management

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of Treasury or Accounting experience
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required
  • CTP certification preferred
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  • Knowledge of the banking industry and banking products
  • Powerterm software knowledge a plus
  • Alteryx experience a plus
  • Customer service oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Physical Demands:

Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job. Some Sunbelt jobs may require driving for long periods of time, loading and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions including rain, wind, or excessive temperatures and/or night and weekend work. All duties must be performed according to Sunbelt's safety policies and guidelines. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with ADA/ADAAA.

Base Pay Range: $56,304.00 - 77,418.00
