Position Description

This role is responsible for financial planning & analysis, reporting, and business support to ensure efficient operations and financial performance for the Grenada, MS Coils and Coolers businesses.

Our ideal candidate has excellent analytical skills, financial modeling experience, proficiency in systems, and a hands-on mindset. You'll serve as a valued business partner by providing timely consolidation and dissemination of all financial products and other advice to internal and external stakeholders to ensure well-informed strategic, tactical, and operational decision-making and process improvements. We are looking for someone who can understand and communicate operational results and recommend actions to achieve business targets and objectives in our rapidly growing business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and communication of monthly and quarterly financial reviews and forecasts.
  • Identify the root cause for forecast variances and drive cross-functional process improvements.
  • Use learnings and insights to refine and improve future financial forecasts and provide strategic recommendations to plant and functional leadership.
  • Lead the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze manufacturing costs, material variances, and labor expenses to identify opportunities for cost improvement.
  • Utilize knowledge of financial systems to streamline reporting and provide in-depth ad-hoc analysis.
  • Assist in the development of financial strategies to achieve objectives.
  • Partner with plant and functional leadership to provide financial insights that drive operational efficiencies and cost savings.
  • Monitor inventory levels, assess cost impacts, and support capital expenditure analysis.
  • Ensure adherence to internal financial controls, policies, procedures, and support audits and regulatory requirements.
  • Exhibit strong leadership behaviors in conjunction with the 80/20 operating model.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Education & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of finance or accounting experience working in a manufacturing environment with data analysis and modeling tools.
  • MBA/CPA/CMA certifications a plus
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with financial systems (SAP, JDE, Oracle, or similar ERP preferred) and a global consolidation system.
  • Solid understanding of cost accounting, financial analysis, and budgeting.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with plant leadership to drive operational excellence.
  • Strong communication and business partnering skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Working knowledge of US GAAP.
  • Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
