Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of a broad range of Technology and Business consulting services. We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team. Job Title: Supplier Chain Performance Analyst. Location: White Plains, NY. Project Overview:
  • This role will support the Client's Supplier Relationship Management division. The Supplier Relationship Performance Analyst will support the management of supply chain performance in support of the organization.
  • The individual will support the oversight, management, and reporting of supply chain performance activities including KPI's, score cards, supplier surveys, notices of concern, etc.
Job Functions & Responsibilities:
  • Develop standardized supplier performance KPI's and scorecards in collaboration with the SRM manager, the Buyer, and end user.
  • Issue and analyze supplier performance surveys.
  • Track Notices of Concerns and/or supplier performance reports and centralize in the supplier's profile (Ariba SIPM).
  • Support supplier performance meetings including establishing agendas, track open items, meeting minutes.
  • Provide weekly reports of supplier performance issues and work with internal stakeholders to mitigate/resolve accordingly.
  • Tracking and updating while also ensuring their accuracy, quality, and integrity.
Skills:
  • Specific knowledge in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Access) and SAP.
  • Knowledge of a variety of different document types and formats, including Engineering reports and legal documents.
  • Ability to successfully prioritize work on multiple tasks.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision.
  • Ability to use sound judgment.
  • Ability to establish effective relationships with team members.
  • Exceptional customer service and strong interpersonal skills are required.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
Communications (Written & Oral):
  • Incumbent must have good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Incumbent must possess the ability to organize information and effectively present ideas to the intended audience.
  • Incumbent must be able to receive verbal direction and follow-up for/with supervisor.
  • Incumbents must communicate and work effectively with contractors and consultants.
  • Incumbent must have good writing skills and be able to prepare rather complex reports and equipment reviews suitable for final submission.
Education & Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is required. Minimum of 3 plus years of utility experience. Knowledge of construction industry Knowledge of financial management procedures and principles. Personal computing skills, including familiarity with spreadsheets, word processors, databases, and project management software.
