Salesforce Business Systems Analyst

• Partner with commercial, sales, service, and operations teams to gather, document, and refine business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Document ASIS and TOBE process flows and assess system or policy impacts.
• Manage requirement traceability and change control throughout the project lifecycle.

• Design scalable Salesforce workflows, automations, and configurations aligned with best practices.
• Recommend improvements to existing Salesforce processes to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Support the development of new Salesforce capabilities for commercial teams.

• Coordinate and lead UAT, endtoend testing, and defect tracking.
• Validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.

• Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT/technical teams.
• Work with Product Owners to identify strategic dependencies and roadmap priorities.
• Communicate system changes, impacts, and timelines to stakeholders.

• Provide ongoing support for Salesforce users, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Assist with training, documentation, and adoption of new features.
• Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements.

• Experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, workflows, automation, and data structures.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience with UAT, QA, and endtoend testing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement skills.
