In the role of
Senior Landscape Architect, we'll count on you to:
- Conduct site analysis, site planning, vehicular and pedestrian circulation, site grading, storm drainage design and landscape design
- Serve as the primary contact to clients, consultants and public agencies on all assigned projects
- Coordinate with other disciplines, write and edit site and landscape specifications, and select landscape and pavement materials
- Provide construction administration as needed
- Prepare marketing materials for obtaining work from internal and external clients
- Perform other duties as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Professional Landscape Architecture license in Massachusetts
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, ArcGIS, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, advanced 3D modeling, computational design and rendering with programs such as Grasshopper, Lumion, Enscape
Strong deign sensibility: creativity and curiosity, clear visual communication, strong design rigor, including interactive concept exploration through multiple platforms - Preference given to candidates in the Boston area

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or Civil Engineering
- A minimum of 10 years experience
- Professional registration
- Experience with large-scale master planning
- AutoCAD and Photoshop
- Extensive experience in all phases of landscape architectural projects and their management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and working in a team environment
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
