**Here's how you'll make an impact:**

In this role, you will be a crucial link between strategic vision and market execution, ensuring that product offerings resonate deeply with regional consumer needs while aligning with overarching business objectives. You'll contribute to key projects by providing essential analytical support and strategic input, directly influencing assortment decisions and market strategies. Your contributions will help optimize product flow, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive financial success across your designated category and marketplace.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Support the development and execution of merchandise strategies to delight customers and achieve financial targets.

* Collaborate with the category lead and cross-functional teams (Planning, In Season Country teams, Visual Merchandising, Digital, Marketing, and Retail Operations) to ensure optimal product delivery.

* Contribute to pre-season planning by understanding, supporting, and executing marketplace strategies under leadership guidance.

* Partner with leadership to develop and manage regional line architecture and assortment strategies for your category and marketplace.

* Set in-region pricing strategies, adhering to global guidelines.

* Balance mono-brand and multi-brand environments to align with brand and market objectives.

* Provide input on marketplace execution and manage capacity during the in-season phase.

* Work with regional planning teams to achieve financial targets.

* Make final in-region promotional and markdown decisions within global guidelines and strategies.

* Continuously monitor and analyze consumer demand trends, utilizing insights to inform planning and assortment decisions.

* Generate ad hoc reports and analyses to support seasonal product decision-making.

* Identify and drive regional relevance, including assortment definition, segmentation, and customer-specific initiatives, aligning needs with global functions.

**What You'll Bring:**

* 1 year of professional experience.

* Strong strategic and analytical abilities, with a proven track record of driving results.

* Exceptional financial acumen.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information and tell compelling stories.

* Adeptness at presenting problem analyses and recommended solutions in a creative and logical manner.

* Strong organizational and time management skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

* Self-awareness and a strong desire for continuous self-improvement, with a goal-oriented mindset.

* An excellent sense of style and color trends, coupled with an athletically minded perspective.
