As a Security Officer - Dispatch in Ashburn, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Dispatch professional at a financial institution location, you will monitor security-related systems, coordinate responses to alarms and access control activity, and support officers in the field with clear, timely communication. You will track incidents, maintain accurate logs, and help keep operations running smoothly while delivering customer-focused service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors at a financial services location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Operate dispatch functions by monitoring alarms, cameras, and incoming calls, prioritizing requests for assistance, and coordinating officer response via radio, phone, and/or other communication systems.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, gathering key details, notifying appropriate internal contacts and/or public responders, and supporting follow-up actions.
• Maintain accurate shift activity reports, incident documentation, and dispatch logs, including times, actions taken, and parties notified, in accordance with site requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, checking for unusual conditions and reporting concerns promptly. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 1+ years' law enforcement experience OR 2+ years' security supervisor/manager experience OR 3+ years' security experience.
• Have a college degree.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
