Security Officer - Construction Site Patrol

As a Security Officer - Construction Site Patrol in Chandler, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading tech and communications location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform routine rounds, and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site contacts and your Allied Universal team, and deliver customer service with professionalism. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a technology location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points, with working conditions varying by site.
• Monitor access points, check credentials, manage visitor and vendor entry, and maintain access logs in accordance with site requirements.
• Complete patrol and incident reports, document observed hazards and/or maintenance issues, and communicate updates to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
