As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that can help to deter security-related incidents. You will support access control points, respond to alarms and/or notifications, and document observations with clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and site personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a logistics and distribution facility.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the warehouse, yard, and perimeter, checking doors, loading areas, and restricted zones to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor and document access at entry points, verifying identification and directing employees, visitors, and drivers according to location procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, medical calls, and/or facility disruptions, and notify site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
• Complete required reports and logs, document observations and incidents, and communicate pertinent information to Allied Universal supervision and/or client management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1+ years of security-related experience.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
