Proficiency in HTML/CSS.

AMPscript, JavaScript, or APIs for advanced personalization.

Data segmentation, SQL queries, and campaign analytics.

Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud.

Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 5 years experience in marketing or sales operations, or a related role interfacing with CRM technologies, to include 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or similar platforms. Position Purpose: This role is responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing automated marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and end to end journey execution across all CRM integrated platforms. Working closely with strategic partners, this role will ensure successful execution and delivery of highly tailored experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation, email marketing best practices, Salesforce CRM, and data-driven campaign strategies.
Job Description
Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Essential Functions:
  1. Implement automated marking campaigns across email, SMS, and other digital channels using Salesforce Marketing Cloud .
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement .
  3. Build and manage audience segmentation to ensure personalized and targeted communications .
  4. Maintain reporting and analytics tools for understanding campaign performance .
  5. Maintain data hygiene and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) .
  6. Configure A/B testing strategies to optimize subject lines, content, send times, and CTAs .
  7. Support targeted nurturing and scoring initiatives in alignment with sales and customer lifecycle goals .
  8. Lead troubleshooting technical issues related to email rendering, deliverability, and integrations .
  9. Develop Marketing CRM related business requirements and support implementation of strategic initiatives .
  10. Interface with Digital Marketing to support premier end-to-end customer experience .
Additional Functions:
  1. First point of contact for business support and training .
  2. Maintains a continuous and open line of communications with all users .
  3. Supports privacy and governance processes to ensure outstanding compliance .
Perform other duties as assigned. Other Requirements:
  1. Salesforce CRM Specialist Certification or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist highly desired.
  2. Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email development and dynamic content.
  3. Familiarity with AMPscript, JavaScript, or APIs for advanced personalization.
  4. Experience with data segmentation, SQL queries, and campaign analytics.
  5. Experience integrating Salesforce CRM with Marketing Cloud.
  6. Knowledge of marketing attribution models and campaign ROI analysis.
  7. Strong understanding of marketing automation best practices and customer journey design.
  8. Highly organized, collaborative, and excellent attention to detail.
  9. Strong verbal/written communication skills, including an ability to effectively and independently engage with technical partners, consultants, and stakeholders.
  10. Comfort working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  11. Able to think critically and exercise independent judgment and discretion.
  12. Excellent research and analytical skills.
This job requires one to be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
