Overview
We're hiring a highly technical Senior Media Data Capability Lead to join our AdTech team. This role partners closely with our Media Measurement team, Media Audience team, and AdTech Engineering teams to translate measurement needs into reliable, scalable data solutions. You'll help define "what good looks like" for media measurement data, ensure data is sourced correctly from multiple systems, and drive execution by working side-by-side with engineering - without being expected to be a day-to-day coder. This is a great fit for someone who can go deep technically (data models, pipelines, logging, APIs, quality checks), understands media and measurement concepts end-to-end, and can navigate ambiguity and senior stakeholders to get outcomes delivered. Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.
