Procore's People Team is looking for a Staff People Partner to help grow our people-centric and high-performing culture as we scale. In this Global role, you will support a group of SVPs and VPs who are part of the Product and Technology (P&T) organization. Procore aims to improve the lives of everyone in construction, and the people within Product & Technology are the driving force behind our innovative, top-rated global platform. We're a customer-centric group that encompasses engineering, product, product design, data, and security.

As a successful Staff People Partner, you will design, own, and drive critical talent initiatives for P&T. You'll partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) within the People Organization, other People Partners, and Business Leaders to deliver a people strategy that elevates the employee experience and drives key business results. This is a full-time individual contributor position that reports to the Senior Director, People Partner for Global Product and Technology. The role is located in Austin, TX, and is hybrid with 2-3 days per week in the office. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you'll do:

  • Gain a deep understanding of the business and work proactively with leaders on workforce challenges and strategy, aligning talent priorities with business objectives to transform and scale the organization

  • Effectively partner with business leadership, COEs, and other global People Partners on organizational design and development, change management, workforce planning, culture, talent strategy, employee engagement, and program rollouts in support of delivering required business outcomes

  • Support the development and execution of talent management processes, including performance review cycles, promotions, compensation reviews, talent reviews, and succession planning

  • Support SVP and VP leaders in developing and driving a high-performance culture

  • Coach and support leaders

  • Apply a product mindset to deliver solutions that make an impact at an enterprise level.

  • Use data to influence, advise, and problem solve

  • Leverage AI to drive efficiency for the People Partner team and your business leaders

  • Manage stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive accountability

  • Flex your communication style to your audience

  • Contribute to initiatives that support strategic business and people objectives.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 8+years as an HR Business Partner supporting Product, Design, Engineering, or Enterprise Tech

  • Experience working at a global tech company with 3000+ employees.

  • Proven experience in effectively partnering with senior leaders within an organisation to craft and deliver against a strategic people plan

  • Background scaling processes and organisations in a global environment

  • Desire to be part of a growth journey, navigating complexity and ambiguity, and developing new solutions to meet ever-evolving business needs

  • Skilled in using data to tell stories

  • Proven ability to deliver business growth and impact through effective organizational talent and workforce planning

  • Good judgment, advanced business acumen, creative problem-solving, and exceptional communication skills

  • Team player who is skilled with collaboration across People and business teams, regardless of organisational and geographical boundaries

  • Skilled communicator with experience delivering executive-level messaging

  • Experience managing complex and sensitive employee issues with senior leaders

Additional Information

Base Pay Range:

129,600.00 - 178,200.00 USD Annual For Los Angeles County (unincorporated) Candidates:
