Procore's People Team is looking for a Staff People Partner to help grow our people-centric and high-performing culture as we scale. In this Global role, you will support a group of SVPs and VPs who are part of the Product and Technology (P&T) organization. Procore aims to improve the lives of everyone in construction, and the people within Product & Technology are the driving force behind our innovative, top-rated global platform. We're a customer-centric group that encompasses engineering, product, product design, data, and security. As a successful Staff People Partner, you will design, own, and drive critical talent initiatives for P&T. You'll partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) within the People Organization, other People Partners, and Business Leaders to deliver a people strategy that elevates the employee experience and drives key business results. This is a full-time individual contributor position that reports to the Senior Director, People Partner for Global Product and Technology.
