Overview
The Partner Engagement Platform (PEP) team builds the systems and services that enable global partners-OEMs, IHVs, ISVs, and device ecosystem collaborators-to engage securely and productively with Microsoft throughout the product development lifecycle. Our platform powers how partners access prerelease builds, share diagnostics, collaborate with engineering teams, andparticipatein early validation programs. Job Summary: This role leads the modernization of Microsoft's Partner Reporting and Collaboration platforms, guiding a multidisciplinary engineering, data, TPM, and product team to build secure, scalable cloud services. You will shape and drive the team's AI strategy-advancing AIpowered reporting, improving partner workflows in Collaborate, and enabling engineers with modern AI toolsets. #W+DJOBS Software Engineering M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $163,000 - $296,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $220,800 - $331,200 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
