The department collaborates with internal clients and suppliers managing more than $12 billion of annual company spend to develop mutually beneficial total value solutions for goods and services. The department provides the following services to internal clients: procurement of goods and services, strategic sourcing and cost savings, category management, supplier relationship management, execution and outreach, compliance management, ongoing procurement field support and management of the source to pay cycle. PG&E Procurement Operations oversees the end-to-end operational backbone of procurement - spanning Contract Administration, Contract Operations, and Sourcing Operations Position Summary The Procurement Program Manager, Principal within the Procurement Operations team serves as a strategic partner and operational integrator. This role is responsible for orchestrating key initiatives, managing organizational deliverables and materials, facilitating meetings, and ensuring timing follow ups. The Program Manager will act as a central point of coordination - helping provide clarity, consistency, and momentum across Procurement Operations. Success in this role requires a proactive mindset, strong organizational acumen, and the ability to anticipate needs, connect dots, and keep the leadership team focused on what matters most. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and Oakland. PG&E is providing the full salary/pay range for this position. The actual amount paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location. The range to reasonably expect will be around the minimum and the midpoint ($144,000 - $194,000). The final decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to the factors above. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E's discretionary incentive compensation programs.
