Who we are and what we do: The Tennessee Office of the Attorney General is seeking an attorney to join its Consumer Protection Division in Nashville. This Assistant Attorney General will engage in investigations and litigation to protect the rights of Tennessee consumers against everything from small-time scam artists to misconduct by the most powerful corporations in the world. Tennessee is a national leader in consumer protection and attorneys in the Division enjoy significant responsibility and numerous opportunities to work on high-profile and meaningful cases enforcing state and federal consumer protection and antitrust laws.
