Job Summary:

Revance is seeking a highly driven Project Manager, Aesthetics to lead theexecutionof complex, cross-functional Aestheticsprojects, including injectable products. This individual will play a critical role in advancing drug development and commercialization initiatives while supporting U.S. and international expansion efforts.

The ideal candidate brings a strong scientific foundation, hands-on experience in regulated environments, and a clear understanding of drug development and commercialization pathways. This role owns integrated project timelines, drives cross-functional alignment, and ensures seamless execution from concept through launch. The Project Manager will serve asa central pointof coordination across technical, operational, and commercial teams to deliver programs on time, within scope, and aligned to strategicobjectives.

Salary Range: $102,465- $128,110 + annual performance bonus

*the final salary offered will depend upon factors that may include but are not limited to the quality and length of experience, education and geographic location.


Responsibilities/Essential Duties:



  • Lead end-to-end execution of assigned Aesthetics programs from concept through commercial launch.
  • Develop andmaintainintegrated project plans, outlining key milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and critical path activities aligned to strategic objectives.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across Analytical Development, MSAT, QC/QA, Packaging, Regulatory, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Logistics.
  • Support regulatory strategies, including FDA submissions and international market expansion requirements.
  • Partner with global affiliates and external collaborators to support geographic expansion and market readiness.
  • Collaborate with contract manufacturers, CROs, and other external partners to ensure integrated program execution.
  • Lead structured risk identification, problem-solving, and escalation to proactively address roadblocks.
  • Maintain real-time visibility into program health through PM software platforms such as Smartsheet or Monday.com, including dashboards and executive reporting.
  • Communicate complex technical and operational updates clearly and concisely to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.



Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree& 3+ years' directly related experience.



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Master'sdegree in a scientific discipline.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.
  • 3-5+ years' technical project management experience within regulated consumer health, aesthetics, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Demonstrated success managing development programs through regulatory, clinical, and commercial milestones.
  • Experience supporting global or international product launches.
  • Proficiencywith project management tools such as Smartsheet, Monday.com, or MS Project.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate scientificdetailinto executive-level messaging.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable leading in a fast-paced, matrixed, cross-functional environment.
