Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Provide financial, analytical, and operational support for the Global Financial Planning & Analysis team.

  • Analyze product, country, regional performance to identify key drivers, trends, and actionable insights for executive management.

  • Support consolidated financial reporting, quarterly performance reviews, and preparation of materials for senior leadership and Board-level presentations.

  • Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning activities as needed.

  • Identify, recommend, and help implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting, data quality, and operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather data, validate assumptions, and ensure alignment across financial deliverables.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

  • The successful candidate will have preferably completed a minimum of their sophomore year and be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in Finance or Accounting degree program, or a related field of study. A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred; however, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.

  • Foundational knowledge of finance and accounting principles, including income statement structure, key financial metrics, and variance analysis.

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial information.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, or other financial systems is a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong work ethic, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
The salary range for this position is: If Pursing Bachelors = $20 hour, If Pursing Masters = $25 hour, If Pursing Doctorate = $30 hour.
