How you will make history here... The Production Supervisor is accountable for overseeing the safe, efficient, and reliable production demands of the bakery. Additionally, the Production Supervisor is accountable for ensuring that production scheduled for completion is executed in a timely manner and within all quality parameters. Supervisor will also be responsible for working with managers, other supervisors, and personnel from other departments to promote a team environment to achieve goals across all shifts. This individual is expected to be a dependable self-starter who has the follow-up skills to produce extraordinary results with integrity while displaying a positive can-do attitude. This position must lead all associates to deliver team objectives of Safety, People, Quality, Delivery and Cost. What you will do... Who you will work with... Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $66,000-$94,900Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
