Bachelor of Science in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering recommended or equivalent job experience. A strong technical aptitude along with the ability to work independently, yet interact closely with other departments, customers, and vendors. Press Forge is seeking a candidate with strong cross functional team skills, in addition to a very high attention to details. Excellent verbal, written and computer skills required as well as mathematical, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills. Duties and Responsibilities: Manufacturing Engineer assists in the development and implementation of manufacturing processes to maintain proper product functionality as well as cost efficiency. Ensures the engineering team and other manufacturing departments work together cohesively. Reviews, evaluates, and implements engineering changes and specification requirements. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. Ensuring manufacturing processes and/or methods of manufacture are capable of meeting and continuing to meet requirements for quality, cost, delivery rate and lead time.

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $83,000 to $115,000.00 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 2X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter
. Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.
