Our Summer Internship Program

An internship with us gives you the opportunity to work side by side with passionate problem solvers on powerful and fulfilling work. This Opportunity

The Commercial Business Development group is a global team responsible for identifying, pitching, and winning commercial solutions business with Top Pharma companies and Biotechs. We are seeking a summer intern to join us and provide support to the Strategy & Operations. You will be a member of a fast-paced, highly skilled, and collaborative sales team and have the opportunity to build partnerships through teamwork and communicate in an open, balanced, and objective manner.

This is a 10-week internship; full-time over Summer 2026.

What you'll do

  • Collaborate with Business Developers, Operations partners, and BD Leadership to assess and support initiatives impacting the commercial organization

  • Leverage CRM and internal systems to support reporting, analysis, and business insights

  • Attend and contribute to meetings related to account targeting, quota and incentive compensation, and commercial operations

  • Support the Business Insights team in the BD pitch development process

  • Generate and maintain recurring and adhoc reports

  • Analyze pricing and commercial performance data to identify trends and opportunities

  • Assist with data cleanup, quality checks, and process improvement efforts

  • Gather, compile, and communicate workload and activity summaries to the broader team

Your skills & expertise

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or a related field

  • Demonstrated interest in commercial strategy, business development, consulting, or operations through coursework, internships, or projects

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data, identify trends, and translate findings into clear insights

  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM tools, dashboards, or data visualization tools is a plus

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to different audiences

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks or projects in a dynamic environment

  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn - comfortable asking questions and working collaboratively across teams

  • Exposure to healthcare, life sciences, CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech industries is a plus, but not required

Candidates must be a minimum of a Rising Junior and currently enrolled full time in Spring/Summer or Spring/Fall '26 semesters. The Commercial Summer Intern Program runs from May 18, 2026 to August 7, 2026 and all positions will work full time (up to 40 hours per week).

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $24-$28/hr. and will vary based on the candidate's semesters completed in school.
