Position Overview
The Outbound Sales Coordinator is responsible for promoting eClinicalWorks products and services to potential clients. The Outbound Sales Coordinator makes calls to potential customers from lead lists, the CRM database and other leads received to help book product demonstrations of the eCW Electronic Health Records system.

Job Functions/Responsibilities
*Lead generation: establish contact via phone and email to physician practices with the goal to schedule demonstrations of eClinicalWorks Industry leading Electronic Health Record Software.
*Execute sales campaigns to target audience.
*Work collaboratively in team environment to Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
*Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
*Work with cross-functional teams when required.
*Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up when needed.
*Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate team within eCW.
*Perform other job duties as assigned.

Experience/Education Requirements
*Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
*Adheres to all company policies and mandatory compliance protocols as required by eCW
*Ability to make 50+ calls/day
*Bachelor's Degree requirement may be waived with a minimum of 2 years of successful lead generation experience

*Ability to think analytically and create new initiatives/campaigns from the ground up

*Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
*Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
*Proficiency using Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and a CRM Tool

*Ability to present creative methods in generating and maintaining new business

Compensation:

Salary Range - $55,000-65,000 USD

This role will receive a competitive salary and benefits. The salary for employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range above, exclusive of potential bonuses. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as professional background, skills, education, and experience.

eClinicalWorks offers a rich suite of benefits which include the following: eighteen days of Paid Time Off per year which scales based on tenure; nine Paid Holidays and one Floating Holiday; insurance for eligible employees which includes medical, dental, vision, basic life, short term disability, long term disability, business travel accident, and accidental death and dismemberment.
