POSITION OVERVIEW:

With advanced analytical expertise and strong business acumen, serve as a strategic partner to marketing leadership, translating complex data into actionable insights that shape longterm marketing strategy, optimize performance across channels, and drive measurable business growth.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Leads the design, development, and governance of enterprise-level marketing performance dashboards, reporting systems, and KPIs to provide strategic visibility for senior stakeholders.
2. Serves as the subject matter expert for marketing performance analytics, advising on optimization opportunities across all channels.
3. Owns and advances the marketing attribution strategy, developing robust measurement frameworks, ROI models, and cross channel effectiveness methodologies.
4. Develop application of advanced statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and forecasting techniques to support strategic marketing decision making.
5. Translates complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations, influencing marketing strategy, investment decisions, and campaign optimization.
6. Support automation, data integration, and process improvements, ensuring scalable, efficient analytics operations and consistent data quality across platforms.
7. Leads and supports advanced analytics initiatives, including machine learning model development for audience segmentation, propensity modeling, and personalization.
8. Collaborates with cross functional teams and senior leadership, providing analytical thought leadership and shaping long-term marketing measurement strategy.
9. Complies with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
10. Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Statistics, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
* Seven (7) years of Marketing Analytics, Data Analytics, or related quantitative experience; experience in a senior or lead analytical role strongly preferred.
*Advanced proficiency with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).
*Strong SQL, Excel, and data manipulation skills; experience with Python or R preferred.
*Demonstrated expertise in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, testing frameworks, and marketing measurement methodologies.
*Proven ability to translate complex data into compelling insights and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
*Strong communication, presentation, and data storytelling abilities
*Experience leading analytical initiatives or mentoring junior analysts is a plus.

Additional Details: This position will be domiciled at a FedEx Freight location in Memphis, TN and Harrison, AR. You will be required to work at a FedEx Freight location several times per week.
