Business Analyst (Sr.) Washington, DC Pay From: $55.00 per hour MUST: Experienced Business Analyst 8+ years professional experience 5+ years as a Business Analyst Experience working on web-based User Interface (UI) application development related project(s). Direct experience working closely with the business and technical teams to elicit, analyze, specify, verify, write, and manage business and system requirements for web-based UI and data driven applications. Strong experience working on agile application development project(s) Experience creating user stories and facilitating backlog refinement sessions Possess strong oral and written communication skills (writing samples may be requested) DUTIES: Business Analyst will capture requirements and assist the team with updating user stories for examiner workflow tool Senior Business Analyst will work closely with the project team, management, and various stakeholders to gather and document application requirements Business Analyst will work closely with the development team to ensure they accurately understand the desired outcomes of our stakeholders Business Analyst should be familiar with Agile methodologies and help ensure the team remains aligned with Agile values and principles Business Analyst will work with "examiner workflow tool", which will replace and enhance a legacy system leveraging AWS cloud services Business Analyst will support the development, implementation, continuous improvement and maintenance of the tool Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
