Drives direct sales of Forcepoint solutions through distribution and channel partnerships across South Texas, including Houston, San Antonio, and Austin, as well as Louisiana, targeting large enterprise organizations with 10,000 or more employees. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated and results-oriented, with a consistent track record of building, managing, and closing a strong pipeline while delivering accurate forecasts. Success in this role requires exceptional qualification skills, prioritization, organization, and focus. You will own the entire sales cycle, from lead development through close. A history of exceeding quota is essential, along with the drive to consistently outperform goals and be rewarded for those results. **Needs to reside in Houston, San Antonio or Austin Essential Functions
  • Responsible for new account development and expanding existing accounts through business-to-business sales of Forcepoint software licensing, appliances, and services to accounts
  • Working with the Regional Director, develop and implement specific customer accounts and opportunity plans in support of company goals and quota objectives.
  • Effectively engage sales resources: SE, Channel, Solutions Sales teams, and Executives on the development and implementation of customer account plans
  • Use the CRM system effectively, responsible for the development, management, and closure of forecasted opportunities.
  • Manage and drive revenue through complex, multiple go-to-market strategies.
  • Execute complex sales and effectively manage the sales process and activities.
  • Exceed sales quota.
  • Interface to negotiate and exchange information with all levels of management.
  • Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
  • Currently lives in Austin, Houston, or San Antonio.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge.
  • Prior experience selling cybersecurity solutions to customers in the Houstin, Austin, and San Antonio markets.
  • Utilizes knowledge of industry/clients to recommend updates or changes to product/service offerings.
  • Has an established base of accounts and solid revenue/bookings responsibility with experience selling into the oil / gas / energy sector in Houston.
  • Maintains an established network of contacts (both partner and customer).
  • Experience in new logo acquisition sales.
  • Experience with MEDDPICC and Value Selling Framework are a plus!
Forcepoint is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range and variable compensation for this role is260,000.00 - 280,000.00 and represents the low and high end of compensation for this position. Actual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to, location, experience, and performance.Therange listed is just one component of Forcepoint's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include bonuses, paid time off policy, and many region-specific benefits
