We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sr Coordinator, Service Assurance, to perform the day-to-day functions associated with break/fix activities.This individual will be responsible for maintaining status reports, documenting project schedules, and project cost with moderate supervision.

NOTE:

The team is open to this role working in a remote capacity within the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for local contract administration and compliance with bonding, insurance, and generalized procedures.

  • Project coordination with all levels of internal leadership.

  • Assist and coordinate internal and 3rd party resources to ensure coverage and best practice.

  • Maintain a tracking log for all emergency restoration purchase requisition.

  • Responsible for coordinating all permits associated with city, state, and county agencies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have working knowledge of structured cabling and routing.

  • Must be familiar with email, MS Excel, Word, Google Earth.

  • Experience with Salesforce, AutoCAD, and Visio, desired.

  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

  • Must be able to read and understand construction documents.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project conditions.

  • Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control, and construction standards in OSP projects.

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, required.

  • One to two (1-2) years' experience with project coordination in the telecom industry.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods.

  • Ability to handle stress and multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated base salary range: $51,700 - $79,600 USD/annually.

The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.

Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, disability retirement plans, paid time off.
