Save the Children

For over 100 years, Save the Children has been fighting for the rights of children. The right to a healthy start in life. To have access to education. To be in a safe environment, protected from harm. We work in some of the world's hardest-to-reach places - over 100 countries, including the U.S. No matter what your role is, when you join Save the Children, you're creating positive, irreversible change for children, and the future we all share.

The Role

As the Senior Advisor, Organizational Effectiveness & Talent Engagement you'll be integral to our work in helping vulnerable children achieve a brighter future. Reporting to the Deputy Chief People Officer, North America, you will serve as an organizational development subject matter expert and hands-on partner to enhance organizational performance and employee engagement. This role focuses on designing and delivering hands-on implementation of initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, drive talent strategies, and foster engagement across the organization. You will work independently and collaborate with stakeholders to recommend best practices, lead projects, and deliver solutions that align with business objectives. In addition to leading organizational design and change initiatives in collaboration with the members of People & Culture and other business units, you will proactively assess, co-create, implement and evaluate integrated and effective workforce solutions, frameworks, and tools. This requires a research and data-informed focus on HR strategy, performance, succession, and talent enablement to drive accountability, continuous feedback, and alignment with organizational goals for an engaged workforce.
