Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with 0-2 years of experience in recruiting who wants to build a career in construction or engineering talent acquisition. You'll support recruiting efforts across multiple departments, assist with candidate sourcing and screening, and contribute to employer branding initiatives.


Essential Duties

  • Utilize diverse channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, trade schools, and internal databases to source qualified candidates effectively.
  • Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interview scheduling
  • Post job openings and maintain active listings across various platforms
  • Track candidates and manage workflow within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Attend job fairs, trade school events, and recruiting activities in the DFW area
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and hiring timelines
  • Support onboarding coordination and pre-employment processes
  • Contribute to social media and marketing efforts to promote employer brand

Minimum Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Interest in recruiting for skilled trades, engineering, or construction industries
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple openings and priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ATS platforms is a plus
  • Self-starter who works well both independently and in a team environment
