Overview

We are seeking a Solutions Advisor to join our Supply Chain Advisory team, supporting continued growth across CPG, Food & Beverage, and Consumer Durables manufacturers, wholesalers, and distributors. In this role, you support enterprise sales and early delivery of AI-enabled supply chain planning solutions. You contribute to discovery, solution design, analytics, and demonstrations-helping customers envision new ways of planning and decision-making. This role is focused on building strong foundations in value storytelling, data-driven analysis, and post-sale continuity, while working closely with Senior and Principal Solution Advisors. The role provides early exposure to life sciences-specific planning considerations such as shelf-life constraints, regulated production environments, batch-based manufacturing, and complex supplier networks-without requiring deep regulatory specialization.

What you'll do

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by offering strategic insights and practical Blue Yonder solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Ability to present additional solutions to current customers to solve their business needs.
  • Participate in customer engagements, discovery workshops, and design sessions, documenting requirements and assisting in solution blueprinting.
  • Provide foundational subject matter expertise across supply chain management, operations, and supporting technologies.
  • Assist with demos of Blue Yonder solutions using prepared business stories and data, including basic configuration or data load support.
  • Conduct analysis and contribute to recommendations that align configuration decisions with operational and financial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with sales, consulting, and product teams to support customer adoption activities and ensure alignment during the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain working knowledge of Blue Yonder solutions, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.
  • Build strong working relationships with customers by delivering high-quality work and supporting their implementation journey.
  • Identify potential opportunities for enhancement or expansion and escalate observations to senior team members.

Key Skills

  • Know how to deploy and configure SaaS solutions; understand change management impacts, how to operate the solutions, integration points, customization options, and project lifecycle (discovery and design to go-live and post-deployment support).
  • Ability to lead a blueprinting exercise.
  • Ability to deliver Blue Yonder demo using business stories, business impact, and differentiation; can support tag changes and data uploads to support customer demos.
  • Demonstrates in-depth solution functionality across one or many solutions; can tailor use cases to client priorities.
  • Skilled at connecting configuration decisions to operational and financial outcomes.
  • Maintains competitive differentiation knowledge and can effectively position Blue Yonder as a market leader.
  • Understands technical architecture, APIs, and integration strategy within the broader enterprise ecosystem.
  • Ability to align data flows, interoperability, and system design to ensure scalability.
  • Skilled in linking technology design to business KPIs.
  • Serves as a trusted advisor in process transformation discussions; guides customers through workflows, ensures alignment to reference architectures, and supports design authority governance during implementations.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in a customer-facing supply chain planning, consultative sales or solution advisory role.
  • Exposure to and/or interest in supply chain planning environments (CPG, Food & Beverage), including concepts such as shelf-life management, batch manufacturing, contract manufacturing, or regulated operations.
  • Foundational understanding of supply chain domains such as forecasting, demand planning, inventory, or transportation.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn through collaboration with Senior and Principal advisors.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with interest in staying engaged beyond the sale to support adoption and value realization.
  • Experience with Blue Yonder solutions is preferred.
