Instructional Designer The Instructional Designer (ID) is responsible for designing and developing online learning solutions. The ID will utilize instructional design and performance improvement processes to analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate online courses. The ID works with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to design and develop educational interventions that incorporate best practices of instructional design and ADA compliance. The ID has ownership of all instructional materials to ensure that instructional quality is built into final project deliverables. The ID directs, coaches, and mentors support personnel and vendors in the creation of instructional materials. Key Responsibilities
