RealWorldResponsibilities Potential intern projects and responsibilities include: Supporthighvolumerecruitment efforts for Production Team Members, Team Leaders, Group Leaders, and professional roles. Assistin conducting, coordinating, and delivering new-hire orientation for hourly and salaried new team members. Support continuous improvement of the newhire onboarding experience through research,bestpracticereview, and content updates. Contribute to HR projects such as retention initiatives, team member engagement activities, process documentation, and data organization. Provide administrative and project support to the HR team as needed. MustHaves Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Availability to workon sitein Waukesha, WI. Strong interest in building a career in human resources. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in afast-pacedenvironment. Professional, reliable, and able tomaintainstrict confidentiality. NicetoHaves Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, or other business tools. Positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude. Expected graduation in 2027 or 2028 (or relevant graduationtimeframe).
