Overview
Your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with engineers and scientists to fine-tune open-source and hosted LLM models for specific industry applications in customer experience.
- Assisting with data collection and preparation, ensuring that models are trained on high-quality, relevant datasets.
- Evaluating LLM performance through rigorous testing and analysis, identifying areas for improvement.
- Documenting your findings and learnings clearly and concisely, contributing to knowledge sharing within the team.
Responsibilities
To be successful, you should:
- Be currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Possess strong proficiency in Python programming and related libraries.
- Demonstrate a keen interest in AI/ML and its potential applications.
- Have excellent communication and collaboration skills, adaptable to both independent and team-based work.
