Description
The Systems Analyst manages assigned applications, servers and workstations through their lifecycle - requirements, testing, deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting and decommissioning. This role provides day-to-day technical support, coordinates with business stakeholders and vendors, contributes to project delivery and testing, and maintains operational documentation and runbooks. Expected Outcomes

- Effective incident & problem handling. Incidents are diagnosed, escalated appropriately, and resolved with clear documentation and root-cause follow-up.
- Disciplined change execution. Upgrades, patches and deployments are planned and executed with clear test plans and minimal disruption.
- Trusted user support. Business users receive consultative, timely support and guidance.
- Operational readiness and compliance. Runbooks and procedures are current and work adheres to regulatory and security requirements
Selection Criteria:
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Four or more years supporting production systems in enterprise or financial environments; or combination of applicable work experience, education, and certification.
- Hands-on Microsoft Windows Server administration; experience with Linux and/or AIX.
- Experience with relational databases as well as unstructured and semi-structured data
- Experience supporting application stacks and vendor solutions.
- Experience with IT service management tools.
- Basic scripting or automation skills for operational tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to independently support multiple production systems, owning availability, runbooks and test plans, vendor coordination, patching and upgrades, backup validation, and incident post-mortems.
- Participates in the IT on-call rotation and responsible for incident resolution.

- Physical Demands of Position: While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to sit, stand and walk, use hands and fingers. The employee occasionally must reach above and below shoulder level, and lift/push/pull and /or carry up to 10 pounds.
- Environmental/Working Conditions: Works in a typical administrative setting with climate control and appropriate lighting. Travel to branches requires exposure to outdoor and traffic conditions.
