Responsibilities The OHH Quality Analyst is responsible for assisting in the collaboration and facilitation of an organization-wide Performance Improvement Program in accordance with the mission and vision of the hospital and in coordination with the Performance Improvement Plan. This position is responsible for establishing priorities in data collection, analysis, and trending of data for purposes of demonstrating and improving quality of care. When areas of improvement are identified, this position will be responsible for implementing the quality process in a manner consistent with "best practices" and in accordance with any National Guidelines. The Clinical Informatics Analyst will coordinate Performance Improvement and Risk Management data activities. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in a health related field; BSN preferred. Licensure/Certification: Registered Nurse with current Oklahoma licensure Experience: Two (2) years of experience in an acute care facility with a strong quality background. Working Knowledge: Excellent assessment, cognitive and critical thinking skills. Sound research, clinical and statistical analyses abilities. As part of our nursing team, you are empowered to work collaboratively with our physicians and other caregivers, and play an integral role in setting the standard for excellence in patient care. With low, fixed nurse-to-patient ratios, our nursing team has time to get to know their patients and their families while providing the highest quality, safe, patient-focused care. Patient rooms are fully stocked with all necessary supplies and arranged in a circular, pod layout around each nursing station to streamline patient care and save our nursing team time.
