We're actively seeking a talented Digital Product Owner - Annuity Web Properties to join our Marketing Technology team in Newport Beach, CA or Omaha, NE.
As a Digital Product Owner - Annuity Web Property Owner you'll move Pacific Life, and your career, forward by This individual will ensure digital product enhancements satisfy business/information requirements as part of this team's broader responsibility for organizing, prioritizing, and assessing work that will be undertaken by individual scrum teams. This role will also support CMD's evolving digital transformation efforts and broader enterprise-led Customer Experience efforts, including partnering closely with business stakeholders, UX team, Web Tech team, Sales Enablement, and other digital SMEs, focusing on projects of significant scope and complexity. You will fill a new role that sits on a team of 7 people in the CMD Marketing division. Your colleagues will include Product Owners, Digital Marketing Specialists, and Agile Practioners.
How you'll help move us forward:
Managing, updating, and enhancing the Annuity, RIA, and other CMD Web Properties. Work with various internal and external teammates to ensure our Web Properties are continually maintained, and best in class. Responsible for maintaining Rates on various Web Properties by partnering with the Rates Committee. Stay up to date on Web Publishing methodologies and practices by utilizing Adobe DAM. Back up various Marketing Technology teammates on other Web Property sites, collaborate on Sales Enablement tools, and provide valuable input to leaders and stakeholders to maintain a "best in class" experience for our end users.
The experience you bring:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field of study is preferred Demonstrated, hands-on experience managing various stages of the digital product life cycle is required, particularly as it relates to enablement platforms (e.g., Seismic, Sales Portal). A strong technical background with specific knowledge of more common elements of a Marketing Technology stack (e.g., web technologies, SFMC, SF Sales Cloud, CVENT, sales enablement tools, etc.). Hands on technology implementation experience in software development or system architecture, is required. An ability to convey complex ideas clearly and to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences is essential. Outstanding organizational skills and demonstrated success working in highly matrixed organizations Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Understanding the Annuity line of business including RIA, rates, and product enhancements. Ability to adapt to an evolving MarTech roadmap and Enterprise-wide Technology initiative. Exceptional problem-solving skills paired with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions with minimal guidance. Team player who can collaborate with teammates
