OVERVIEW The Bulk Loading Supervisor is responsible for assisting in the oversight of all Bulk activities including, loading, finishing, and shipping of product by rail car, customer relations and directing employees. DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Assuring the proper loading and unloading of rail cars in an efficient manner. Tracking product inventory to ensure appropriate availability and make sure items are delivered to or from as expected. Interface with the customer in a professional manner to solve problems and answer questions. Maintain and coordinate documentation and certifications. Overseeing personnel in a unionized environment.
