Located in our Brandon, SD plant, you will be a Continuous Improvement Engineer. The CI Engineer drives operational excellence by supporting and auditing the Gates Production System (GPS) to ensure data accuracy and meaningful reporting to Operations Leadership. This role partners with site teams to analyze performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and implement sustainable solutions that enhance productivity, quality, and safety. They will also provide training and coaching on GPS tools and methodologies, helping leverage data effectively to deliver measurable results. Key responsibilities (to name a few):
