Job Title: IT Business Systems Analyst

Position Summary

The IT Business Systems Analyst partners closely with Supply Chain teams, including Inventory Management and Purchasing, to understand operational needs and translate them into effective technology solutions. This role collaborates cross-functionally to support and enhance systems that drive inventory visibility, procurement processes, and supply chain performance. Leveraging strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, the analyst identifies opportunities for system improvements, resolves issues, and helps ensure IT solutions effectively support day-to-day supply chain operations and long-term business objectives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities




  • Partner with functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements. Identify issues, evaluate business drivers and document requirements.
  • Drive SW Benchmark and Design Phases, ensuring consistency with the technological scenario and IT strategies.
  • Understand the technical component of application implementation.
  • Plan and oversee the adoption and execution of project phases.
  • Provide accountability for the applications throughout its entire life cycle.
  • Participate in the definition and execution of strategic application roadmap.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and staff, ensuring smooth and efficient IT operations.
  • Document IT processes, operations, and configuration details for user training and disaster recovery purposes.
  • Optimize support of IT technologies ensuring successful execution of business processes.



Other Duties and Responsibilities




  • Work collaboratively with team members to establish best practices within IT applications team.
  • Work independently and own the tasks assigned.
  • Leverage continuous improvement mindset to identify process and technical improvements.
  • Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions.



Education, Experience, and Qualifications




  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or GC holder, and do not require any sponsorship.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business or related field
  • 5+ years IT experience in business analysis or similar role
  • Experience supporting Supply Chain or similar functions
  • Ability to document requirements, understand business requirements to technical requirements, map solution, create test scripts, testing and document results.
  • Ability to work in global community, and eager to learn new skills.
  • Medical Device industry experience preferred
  • Understanding of queries, reports and database concepts preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience within supply chain functions
  • SAP or other ERP experience with demonstrated functional knowledge of WM, MM and IM areas. Experience in SD, PP, and QM beneficial.
  • Experience working in an IT Service Management environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office products
  • Business Analysis certification preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated expertise communicating with all levels of an organization. Able to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work with limited supervision and able to make decisions in performing daily tasks



What we offer

The hiring range for this position is $103,000 - $130,000 annually. The salary range for this role represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. Beyond base salary, Diasorin offers a competitive rewards package focused on your overall well-being. Benefits may vary by role, country, region, union status, and other employment status factors. You may also be eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. An incentive award, if any, depends on various factors, including, individual and organizational performance.
