Job Title : Delivery Driver Location : Hartford, WI Shift: 1 st Shift - 7:00 am - 3:30pm Salary Range : $22.00/hour We are seeking a full-time Delivery Driver who is concerned with customer satisfaction and transporting items in a safe, timely manner to join our team. The Delivery Driver will be responsible for safely operating a truck with a capacity of at least 26,000 pounds of gross vehicle weight (GVW) Responsibilities: Safely operate forklift Load and unload cargo Properly track and document activity log Inspect truck before and after trip Ensure that all deliveries have been signed and delivered to the correct recipient which involves packing lists, purchase orders or collection of payments Responsible for keeping corporate vehicles clean after use Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record Manages daily route independently to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products Deliver small and large metal parts and components to customers in boxes or on skids Qualifications: Previous experience in truck driving or other related fields a plus Possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record Commercial driver's license preferred but not required Be able to drive different types of trucks from a flatbed pickup to a box truck Must be able to understand and read written instructions and or directions in work related documents Knowledge of simple operations in window based computer environment; preferred in JobBoss but not required Excellent customer service Ability to handle physical workload Strong work ethic
