The Opportunity

Adobe is seeking aManager of Adobe Learning Product Specialiststo lead a team of high-performing specialists focused on helping Public Sector customers design, scale, and modernize their learning ecosystems usingAdobe ConnectandAdobe Learning Manager.

This leader will play a critical role in driving growth across U.S. Federal, State & Local, Defense, Education and Non-Profit markets by positioning Adobe's secure, scalable learning solutions as mission-critical infrastructure for workforce development, citizen training, compliance programs, and virtual engagement.

You will operate at the intersection of strategy, revenue execution, and customer transformation, building a specialist team that partners with Account Executives, Customer Success, Product, and Partners to accelerate pipeline, expand existing accounts, and elevate Adobe's Learning business across Public Sector!

What You'll Do

Lead & Develop a High-Impact Specialist Team

  • Hire, coach, and develop a team of Learning Product Specialists aligned to Public Sector verticals

  • Establish performance frameworks aligned to pipeline coverage, gross new ARR, and expansion growth

  • Drive disciplined opportunity qualification, value articulation, and executive engagement

  • Build a culture of accountability, curiosity, and mission alignment

Drive Revenue & Pipeline Growth

  • Partner with Public Sector sales leadership to define territory strategy and coverage models

  • Ensure consistent pipeline generation and stage progression for Connect and Learning Manager opportunities

  • Support large, complex, multi-year enterprise pursuits

  • Elevate executive-level storytelling around digital learning transformation

Shape Market Strategy

  • Identify whitespace and expansion opportunities across Federal Civilian, DoD, and SLG

  • Partner with Product and Marketing to align roadmap and field feedback

  • Support positioning in highly regulated environments (FedRAMP, security compliance, accessibility requirements)

  • Build repeatable industry playbooks for virtual learning, hybrid workforce enablement, and compliance training

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with Solution Consultants, Customer Success, and Partner teams

  • Influence Public Sector go-to-market strategy for Adobe Learning solutions

  • Represent the Learning business in Quarterly Business Reviews and executive planning sessions

What You Need to Succeed

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, specialist overlays, or solution leadership

  • 3+ years of people management experience leading quota-carrying or overlay teams

  • Demonstrated success selling into U.S. Public Sector (Federal, Defense, or State & Local)

  • Deep understanding of digital learning ecosystems, LMS platforms, or virtual engagement technologies

  • Strong executive presence with ability to engage CIO, CHCO, Training, and Transformation leaders

  • Experience navigating complex procurement environments and compliance requirements

Preferred:

  • Experience with FedRAMP or Public Sector compliance environments

  • Background in workforce development, training modernization, or digital transformation

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $258,000 -- $421,900 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $291,400 - $421,900

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
