Responsible to assist the manager with operational oversight, improvement of clinical operations, and staff supervision. Functions include training, mentoring, and evaluating clinical staff, overseeing coordination of clinical activities for students, coordination of patient care and flow, telephone triage, medical information management, and clinical support for the radiologist. Also performs the duties of a clinical staff member and serves as a role model and resource person for staff in the department. This position acts as a liaison between the clinical staff, managers, and the Radiologists.

Yes Essential Functions -Assist management with operational oversight, quality improvement, operational flow, performance measurement, and implementation of new practices Education Associate's Degree Diagnostic Imaging required or Associate's Degree Diagnostic Medical Sonographer required and Bachelor's Degree Health Sciences preferred Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? Certified Sonographer - American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) preferred Physical Requirements
