Description

Our Senior IT Product Delivery Specialist will help power predictable, transparent, and data driven delivery at WPS by combining demand management, analytics, and PI Planning support into one seamless operational rhythm. As a Senior IT Product Delivery Specialist, you'll ensure documentation accuracy, clear stakeholder communication, and real-time visibility that keeps projects aligned and moving. By bridging structured review processes with live delivery metrics, you'll strengthen cross-team alignment, improve decision-making, and enhance our ability to execute, adapt, and continuously improve.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000
The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Hybrid Work
This position will be hybrid, having the regional availability to come in our Office 3 days a week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Our office location: WPS Corporate Center Building - 1717 W. Broadway in Madison, WI.

Minimum Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5 or more years of experience in Information Technology technical review, governance, or delivery operations.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of product management, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and IT solution delivery, including backlog management and sprint cycles.
  • Proficient in Agile frameworks and PI Planning for iterative delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret metrics, identify trends, and support continuous improvement.
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of business process documentation methods, including workflow mapping, process modeling, and operational dependency tracking.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on alignment and prioritization.


Preferred Qualifications



  • A strong background in data analysis, dashboard creation, and performance reporting, providing actionable insights that support prioritization and continuous improvement.
  • 10 or years developing highquality training, documentation, and changemanagement strategies that improve user adoption and operational consistency.
  • Ability to partner with executives, technical teams, and business stakeholders to align priorities, streamline processes, and strengthen crossfunctional delivery.
  • Advanced proficiency with ServiceNow, Azure DevOps/TFS, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and crosssystem integrations (APIs, SQL, thirdparty platforms).
  • Experience leading enterprisescale technology migrations and upgrades with proven success driving adoption and improving delivery predictability.
