Event and Conference Services at UW Oshkosh is currently accepting applications for workers during EAA AirVentureOshkosh, heldJuly 20th - July 26th.We have openings for Guest Reservationists July 6 - July 27th.

Deliver exceptional customer service to create a welcoming and memorable lodging experience for guests of EAA AirVenture Oshkosh staying at UW Oshkosh. Guest Reservationists check guests in and out of assigned rooms, assist guests with the registration process, modify existing reservations, maintain hall rosters and linen information, answer the telephone, give directions, and provide information about the university and city. Staff team members should enjoy directly working with people and enjoy helping make the guest lodging experience outstanding. Team members should be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, demonstrate effective computer skills, and work well under pressure. Prior customer service and/or cash handling experience are a plus.

Guest Reservationists Hours: Various shifts up to 8 hours each during AirVenture. Team members will work approximately 5-10 days betweenJuly 17th and July 27th based on their responsibilities and schedule. 2-5 training days will take place between July 6th-16th.
