Quality Systems Coordinator Location: RTP, NC Preferred will consider Hampton, NJ; Lopatcong, NJ; Phoenix, AZ; Kingman, AZ; Medford, OR Purpose: Support ISO 9001:2015 Compliance, Quality System Documentation, and Digitalization of the QMS process Job Summary: The Quality Systems Coordinator is responsible for the administration, digitalization, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) for Linde Electronics and Specialty Gases and Specialty Gas Equipment. This role serves as the primary owner of the document management system and is a key contributor to the internal audit program in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 requirements. The Quality Systems Coordinator ensures controlled documents are accurate, compliant, and readily accessible, while also supporting audit planning, execution, and follow-up. This role advances QMS consistency across sites, promotes inspection readiness, and contributes to ongoing quality improvement efforts. Travel will be required (10-20%). This position reports to the Quality Systems Manager. Location options include Research Triangle Park, NC; Hampton, NJ; Lopatcong, NJ; Kingman, AZ; Phoenix, AZ; and Medford, OR. Key Responsibilities: Document Development, Digitalization, and Management (Primary - 70%) * Serve as the primary administrator for the electronic document management system for U.S. Electronics and Specialty Gases. * Manage creation, revision, publication, and archiving controlled documents including procedures, attachments, templates, and forms. * Lead digitalization efforts for document development workflows, including template modernization, automation, and conversion of legacy documents into digital formats. * Utilize Microsoft Copilot to assist in drafting, editing, formatting, and standardizing QMS documentation. * Ensure all QMS documentation meets ISO 9001:2015 requirements and follows internal standards for clarity, consistency, and compliance. * Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to guide document development and maintain document lifecycle discipline. * Work effectively with employees at all organizational levels and with diverse educational backgrounds to develop clear, highquality documentation * Maintain document control metrics and support related reporting activities. Internal Auditing (Primary - 20%) * Assist with planning and execution of internal audits across multiple departments and sites. * Document audit findings, issue reports, and track corrective actions to closure. * Support digital audit preparation, including use of electronic records and dashboards. * Support preparation for customer and third-party audits, including document preparation and logistics. * Work with cross-functional teams to develop effective, sustainable corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) Additional Responsibilities as needed, including: Metrics & Trend Analysis: * Track QMS performance indicators such as document publication and template conversion, overdue quality CAPAs, and audit schedules. * Provide data-driven insights and recommend improvement strategies to leadership. Training & Support: * Provide guidance and training on QMS documentation practices and digitalized workflows. Continuous Improvement: * Support QMS improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction. * Use tools such as Copilot, SharePoint automation, and Power BI to improve document workflows, tracking, and reporting.
