We're hiring Customer Service Professionals (CSPs) to support our customers through phone, email, and digital channels.

Starting pay: $21.42/hour
Pay increase:
After completing the 8week paid training program
Bilingual (English/Spanish) differential:
Additional $1.00/hour after training

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Professional, you will:



  • Make a positive impact by helping customers with service inquiries, billing questions, and outage support
  • Delivering excellent customer care across phone, email, and social media
  • Use problemsolving and empathy to guide customers through solutions
  • Work both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced contact center
  • Build new skills through our 8week paid training program designed to set you up for success



What You Need to Succeed



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of experience in a customer-facing environment (work experience or leadership roles in school, organizations, sports, or community groups count)
  • Strong communication skills - phone, email, and written
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, navigating multiple systems, typing)
  • A genuine passion for helping people and solving problems

Work Environment



  • Mandatory in-person training (8 weeks)
  • Hybrid schedule may be available after training, based on performance and business needs



Bilingual Candidates

Earn an additional $1.00/hour after training when serving Spanishspeaking customers.

Learn & Earn - Training Details



  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Location: Brandon Office
  • Full attendance is required
  • Training includes coaching, handson practice, and assessments to confirm progress
  • After successful completion, you will move into your assigned schedule


Call Center business hours: 7:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Schedules are based on business needs and seniority.

What to Expect Next (Selection Process)



  1. Apply online

  3. All applications and assessments must be submitted by Monday, April 6 to be considered.
  4. If selected, you'll be invited to interview at our corporate office in Tampa.
  5. Candidates who move forward will receive an offer and begin the background check process.
  6. Tentative Start Date: Monday, June 1, 2026
