Description Professional - Nonclinical Summary: Are you a process-oriented professional with a passion for high-touch candidate experiences? MaineHealth Medical Group (MHMG) is seeking aPreboarding Operations Specialistto provide concierge-level support to our Physician and Advanced Practice Provider (APP) candidates. This position is hybrid and is benefit eligible, and it is not open to fully remote candidates. The ability to be onsite at our Portland area location is required. In this role, the specialist will act as a "white glove" guide for our newest providers, ensuring a seamless transition from the offer stage to their first day. The specialist will support senior leadership by managing complex recruitment projects, tracking vital metrics, and leading the charge in mapping out and implementing innovative preboarding solutions across the MaineHealth system.
