As aDelivery OperationsManageron theTeslaSemi team,you will play a critical part inbuilding and defining ourvehicledeliverystrategy. Responsibilities includescopingand defining business requirements forthe legal saleanddelivery of the Tesla Semi,order operations, customer pre-deliveryrequirements(confirm customer location, asset ownership,lienholder details, scheduling,meetingrequirements to be eligible for incentives if applicable, upfitting), registration operations,and work with internalsoftwarepartners todefine the customer journey and the tools required to execute on it. Additionally,you will collaboratewith service,productionandlogisticsteams to drive solutions that enable deliveries of the Tesla Semi at scale across North America.

To meetthegoals forthis roleyou will need to behighlymotivated with exceptional management and organizational skills.Demonstrated evidence of exceptional abilityin program-management isrequired, as this role requiresdaily management cross-functionally across various workstreams to ensure success.Additionally,criticalthinking and sound judgement under pressureis required. What You'll Do
  • Defineand executeourvehicledelivery strategyacross North Americaforthe Tesla Semi
  • Support and trackdeliverables acrossTesla'svehicle,charging,policy, finance,logistics, and serviceteams toroll outnew processes and technologies that will enable a seamless customer delivery experience
  • Prepare executive materialstofacilitatekey business decisions,including expansionof new delivery operations as Tesla enters new markets
  • Defineabest-in-classcustomer journeyby:ensuring customer readiness, coordinating withlogisticsto prepare vehicles for shipment and delivery,complying withall legal requirements todeliverand recognize revenue,identifyingprocess gaps in existing systems, andbuildingdashboards to track delivery KPIs
  • Operationalize customer education strategies for successful customer onboarding
  • Defineabest-in-classcustomer journeyby:ensuring customer readiness, coordinating withlogisticsto prepare vehicles for shipment and delivery,complying withall legal requirements todeliverand recognize revenue,identifyingprocess gaps in existing systems, andbuildingdashboards to track delivery KPIs
  • Operationalize customer education strategies for successful customer onboarding

What You'll Bring
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experienceas a Program Manager with abusiness operationsscope of work
  • Experience withdefining requirement sets and articulating customer journey
  • Ability to be resourceful, and autonomously drive solutions in ambiguous problem spaces
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Experience working in a fast-pacedenvironment on several different projects
  • Ideally,anunderstandingofheavy-duty trucking and customer needs

    Expected Compensation
    $104,000 - $204,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
