What to Expect As an Engineering Technician specializing in test equipment assembly at Tesla, you will play a critical role in supporting engineering teams by assembling test fixtures, electronic enclosures, and custom rack-mounted testing equipment for component-level PCB testing. This role requires a strong background in electrical systems, with the ability to independently build electrical panels and harnesses based on provided blueprints. Collaboration with engineering, purchasing, and machine shop teams will be essential to ensure the successful execution of projects and maintenance of high-quality standards.
