Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Analyst for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role supports senior leadership by managing a portfolio of reports and dashboards, analyzing data to provide business insights, and providing comprehensive executive administrative support. The ideal candidate will handle complex scheduling, travel coordination, and the preparation of executive-level materials in a fast-paced corporate environment. Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and business and technology metrics Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve business performance and operational efficiency Provide timely updates, status reporting, and insights to leadership on key initiatives Support business planning, process optimization, and project execution Recommend improvements for productivity, reporting accuracy, and workflow efficiencies Proactively manage complex calendars for senior leaders, resolving conflicts and ensuring effective scheduling Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, logistics, and expense reconciliation Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, reports, and briefing documents Organize in person meetings, leadership sessions, team offsites, and executive events Serve as the primary point of contact between senior leadership, internal partners, and external stakeholders Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Tableau and Teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and create insights Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of executive level materials Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow through High level of professionalism with demonstrated ability to interact effectively with senior leaders Ability to work independently and exercise strong judgment with confidential information Experience supporting executives in a large or matrixed corporate environment Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Concur, GEP SMART, Corporate Travel Services, or similar tools Strong executive presence with polished communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and support operational initiatives Pay range: $34.63 - $42.63 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
