What You'll Do
  • Serve as the enthusiastic face of Tesla for all visitors, delivering a first-class,mission-aligned experience
  • Coordinate VIP visits and engagements with precision - working acrossSecurity, Executive Support, Operations, Policy, and respective crossfunctional teams
  • Maintain awareness of site activities and proactively identify operational orfacility gaps that impact the employee or guest experience whilecommunicating/presenting issues ahead of time, resolution tracking, and fortimely execution
  • Leverage Tesla's digital systems (e.g., visitor management, access control,facilities ticketing) to manage daily workflows and report key metrics
  • Partner with Essential Services, Site Partners, and Engineering teams toimplement strategic process improvements that enhance appearance,efficiency and safety
  • Support executive-level operations and events with intention and immediacy, including meeting logistics, access protocol, and internal communications
  • Lead initiatives to elevate the aesthetic and functionality of Tesla's front-ofhouse, common spaces, and facilities, ensuring alignment with C-Suite designstandards

What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years in hospitality, corporate operations, or workplace management,ideally in a fast-paced or tech environment preferably in the C-Suite
  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, Political Science or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to manage complex daily operations and high-profile guestinteractions simultaneously while demonstrating sophistication with every interaction
  • Comfort with technology and systems - able to quickly learn and manage new tools (e.g., Envoy, Microsoft Teams, building management software)
  • High emotional intelligence, executive presence, and situational awareness to anticipate business needs
  • A process-minded and first principles approach: you don't just react - youforesee issues, assess, and improve
  • Discretion, professionalism, resilience, and integrity when handling sensitive or confidential information, and make sound strategic decisions on the spot

    Expected Compensation
    $96,000 - $240,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

    Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
