The mission of the Infrastructure Essential Services Teamis to create an exceptional on-site environment for our high-performing teams,enabling them to realize their true potential. • 5+ years in hospitality, corporate operations, or workplace management,ideally in a fast-paced or tech environment preferably in the C-Suite
• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Political Science or equivalent experience
• Proven ability to manage complex daily operations and high-profile guestinteractions simultaneously while demonstrating sophistication with every interaction
• Comfort with technology and systems - able to quickly learn and manage new tools (e.g., Envoy, Microsoft Teams, building management software)
• High emotional intelligence, executive presence, and situational awareness to anticipate business needs
• A process-minded and first principles approach: you don't just react - youforesee issues, assess, and improve
• Discretion, professionalism, resilience, and integrity when handling sensitive or confidential information, and make sound strategic decisions on the spot
